Accessibility Statement for Leith Comedy Festival

Update 27th September 2023 - thanks to Creative Scotland, we are about to get a WCAG accessibility audit, and we will update this page once it's done.

We want everyone who visits the Leith Comedy Festival website to feel welcome and find the experience rewarding.

What are we doing?

To help us make the Leith Comedy Festival website a positive place for everyone, we've been using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user friendly for everyone.

We have carried out these checks ourselves and used Free Online Web Accessibility Checker (WCAG & ADA)

We will get an external audit as soon as we are in a position to do so.

How are we doing?

We've worked hard on the Leith Comedy Festival website and believe we've achieved our goal of Level AA accessibility. We monitor the website regularly to maintain this, but if you find any problems, please get in touch.
