Leith Comedy Festival presents Beer Yoga with Projekt 42

Beer Yoga combines traditional yoga poses while drinking beer.

Join Leith Comedy Festival and Projekt 42's Nancy Ogunro as you stretch and sip your way through a seriously chilled yoga practice. You set up your beer and your mat and Nancy will take it from there. You won't get oot yer tree but you might do the odd tree pose.

A light-hearted class held live on Zoom, suitable for all levels - beginners welcome, beer lovers encouraged.

Please drink and stretch responsibly, and feel free to replace your beer with a drink of your choice.
